Grading and Landscaping

1321.01 Intent.

1321.02 Approval of plans by City Engineer.

1321.03 Proper rough and final grading.

1321.04 Inspection of rough and final grade.

1321.06 Certification as an alternate to inspection by City Engineer.

1321.07 Installation of final landscaping.
