1321.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (b)    Where the defendant is other than a natural person or persons, subsection (a) shall apply to any agent, superintendent, officer, member or partner who shall alone or with others have charge, care or control of the premises.
   (c)    The imposition of any penalty shall not preclude the Director of Law from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction to restrain, correct or abate a violation or to require compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
