The property owner shall be responsible for the preparation of landscaping plans in accordance with the approved grading plan.
(a) For other than single-family homes, in addition to the requirements of Chapter 1177
, Walls and Landscaping, the final landscaping plans shall be subject to the approval of the City Landscape Architect, for landscaping, and of the City Engineer to ensure that the plans are in conformance with the approved grading plans for the project.
(b) For single-family homes the landscaping plans shall be approved by the Building Inspector or City Engineer only for conformance to the approved grading plan. The landscaping plan may be superimposed on the grading plan.
