1321.10 PROHIBITION AGAINST DISTURBANCE OF APPROVED GRADES.

No builder, property owner, landscaper or their agents shall change the grade or fill any swale or ditch, after inspection and approval of the rough grades, or finish grades, by the City Engineer.
