Editor's note:
Ordinance 89-84, passed August 15, 1989, authorized the Safety-Service Director to enter into a county-wide agreement with the Office of Emergency Management and Civil Defense. Copies of such ordinance and agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
Resolution 91-11, passed April 2, 1991, adopted a local Emergency Operations Plan for Disaster/Crisis, copies of which may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
There are no sections in Chapter 242. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross-references, statutory references and any future legislation.
