(A) All mobile homes shall be connected to the village sanitary sewer system by a water- and odor- tight connection which is approved by the Chairperson of the Health and Property Committee and the Village President.
(B) All mobile homes shall be connected to the village water system by a connection approved by the Health and Property Committee Chairperson and the Village President.
(C) No water and sewer hookup shall be allowed without prior issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
