(A)
No mobile home shall be placed within the limits of the village as of the date of the passage of this chapter without first securing a permit. An application form for such permit shall be obtained from the Village Hall and shall include the following information:
(1) Name and phone number of applicant;
(2) Name of the person owning the real estate where mobile home will be placed;
(3) Name of the person owning the mobile home;
(4) Name of persons occupying said mobile home;
(5) Description of the mobile home including year, model and identification number;
(6) Type of underpinning;
(7) Type of sanitary sewer connection;
(8) Roof pitch not less than 3/12;
(9) List of any defects in the exterior;
(10) Lot size and square feet of the lot area;
(11) Tentative date mobile home will be placed in village; and
(12) Pictures of all sides.
(B) If the application is approved, the application permit shall be issued and shall be filed with the Village Clerk. After approval date of permit, the owner has 45 days to move mobile home. Once mobile home is set, the owner has 30 days to hook up mobile home and be compliant.
