All mobile homes shall comply with the following setback requirements which are to be measured from the property line to the side of the mobile home:
(A) Front yard: minimum of 30 feet;
(B) Side yard: minimum of ten feet;
(C) Rear yard: minimum of ten feet; and
(D) Corner lot: minimum of 30 feet from corner.
