§ 21-2001. Confidentiality.
   (1)   Except as provided in subsection (2), a written police report pertaining to a motor vehicle accident shall be confidential and shall not be made available to the public.
   (2)   The provisions of Section 21-2001 shall not apply to any person who is required to be furnished a copy of a police accident report upon request, pursuant to 75 Pa. C.S. § 3751(b).
