§ 21-1301. Fees.  49
   (1)   The fee for a hearing before the Board of License and Inspection Review shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150). The Board shall provide by regulation for the refund of all of such fee to a person requesting a hearing who prevails in whole or in part on the appeal to the Board.
