SECTION PM-312 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
PM-312.1 Approval: Temporary construction of scaffolding, sidewalk sheds, and similar devices erected in conjunction with any repair, maintenance or abatement activity shall be approved in accordance with the building code.
PM-312.2 Duration: Temporary construction as provided in Section PM-312.1 shall be in place for only such time as is necessary for the activity to be completed with due diligence and shall be removed within 30 days after completion of the activity served by the temporary construction.
