SECTION 1301 GENERAL
Delete Section 1301.3.1 and replace as follows:
   EB-1301.3.1 Hazards. Where the code official determines that an unsafe condition exists as provided for in the Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code (Subcode PM), such unsafe condition shall be abated in accordance with that code.
