SCHEDULE V. PARKING AFTER SNOWFALL PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any of the following public streets in the city between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. within 48 hours after a snowfall of two or more inches has occurred:
      (1)   Market Street from Orleans Street to Holmes Street;
      (2)   Center Street from Taft Street to Railroad Avenue;
      (3)   Pells Street from the alley between and parallel to Taft and Market Streets to Railroad Avenue;
      (4)   State Street from the alley between and parallel to Taft and Market Streets to Railroad Avenue.
   (B)   Whenever any police officer or Street Department employee finds a vehicle unattended standing upon any street in violation of the provisions of this schedule, the officer or employee is authorized to provide for the removal of the vehicle and the owner or bailee of the vehicle shall not repossess the vehicle until he or she has paid the cost of towing and storage.
   (C)   Any police officer, Street Department employee, towing service owner, operator or employees shall not be held to answer or be liable for damages in any action brought by the registered owner, his or her legal representative or any other person legally entitled to the possession of any motor vehicle or other vehicle so removed.

SCHEDULE VI. DISABLED PARKING.
   (A)   The following areas are designated to be disabled parking areas:
      (1)   On the west side of Maple Street, the first two parking spaces south of State Street (St. Mary’s Catholic Church);
      (2)   On the west side of Maple Street, the first two parking spaces north of Pells Street (St. Mary’s Catholic Church);
      (3)   On the south side of Center Street, the first parking space west of Taft Street (United Methodist Church);
      (4)   On the west side of Taft Street, the first parking space north of the alley between Center Street and Orleans Street and the first parking place south of Center Street (United Methodist Church);
      (5)   On the east side of Vermilion Street, the first parking space south of Center Street (Westminster Presbyterian Church);
      (6)   On the west side of Union Street, two parking spaces adjacent to the east side entrance to the Evangelical Covenant Church;
      (7)   On the south side of Orleans Street, the first parking space east of College Street (First ELCA Lutheran Church);
      (8)   On the north side of the alley between Orleans Street and Patton Street, the first two parking spaces east of College Street (First ELCA Lutheran Church);
      (9)   On the north side of State Street, the first two parking spaces west of Taft Street (Ford County Courthouse);
      (10)   On the north side of State Street, the first parking space west of Market Street;
      (11)   On the south side of State Street, the first parking space east of Market Street;
      (12)   On the east side of Market Street, the first parking space south of State Street;
      (13)   On the west side of Market Street, the first parking space north of Pells Street;
      (14)   On the west side of Market Street, the first parking space south of Pells Street;
      (15)   On the east side of Market Street, the first parking space south of Pells Street;
      (16)   On the east side of Market Street, the first parking space north of Center Street;
      (17)   On the west side of Market Street, the first parking space south of Center Street;
      (18)   On the east side of Taft Street, immediately adjacent to the following described real estate: the north 10 feet of even width of the south 40 feet of even width of the north one-half of Lots 18 and 19 in Block 30 in Railroad Addition to Paxton, situated in the city;
      (19)   On the north side of Center Street, immediately adjacent to the following described real estate: the west 25 feet of Lot 14 in Block 12 in the Original Town of Prospect City, now City of Paxton, east of the Illinois Central Railroad, situated in the City of Paxton.
      (20)   On the north side of East Center Street, immediately adjacent to the following described real estate: the east 34 feet of Lot 12 and the west 6 feet of Lot 13 (measured along the southerly side thereof) in Block 12 in the Original Town of Prospect City, now City of Paxton, east of the Illinois Central Railroad, situated in the City of Paxton.
      (21)   On the west side of north Market Street, immediately adjacent to the following described real estate: the north 25 feet of Lot One (measured along the easterly side thereof) in Block 14 in the Original Town of Prospect City, now City of Paxton, west of the Illinois Central Railroad, situated in the City of Paxton.
   (B)   The Superintendent of Streets is authorized and directed to mark the areas as disabled parking stalls or spaces with appropriate signs and symbols as set forth in the Illinois Statutes and §§ 72.35 et seq.

SCHEDULE VIII. LIMITED PARKING.
   (A)   Eight-hour parking. There is established an eight-hour limited time parking zone in the alley running in a northerly and southerly direction through Block Two in the Original Town of Prospect City, now City of Paxton, east of the Illinois Central Railroad - 100 South Railroad Avenue.
   (B)   City Hall parking. Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, immediately adjacent to the following-described real estate, to-wit: the two parking spaces adjacent to the north 18 feet of Lot 6 and the south 22 feet of Lot 7 in Block Two in the original town of Prospect City, now City of Paxton, west of the Illinois Central Railroad, situated in the City of Paxton, County of Ford and State of Illinois (145 South Market Street), shall be designated as City Hall customer parking only.
