SCHEDULE VII. NO PARKING PLACES.

   In order to promote the health, safety and welfare of the citizens, parking will be prohibited at the following locations:

Street	Location
Center Street	West of Cherry Street.
Cherry Street	Between Orleans Street and Pine Street.
College Street, east side	From Franklin Street to Patton Street.
Dawn Avenue	From Railroad Avenue to Vermilion Street.
Dawn Avenue	From Railroad Avenue to Vermilion Street, southerly one-half only.
East Center Street	Between Railroad Avenue and Union Street during the hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
East Center Street, south side	Between College Street and High Street, commonly known as the 600 Block of East Center Street.
East Patton Street, either side	Between Market Street and Railroad Avenue.
East Patton Street, north side	Between Railroad Avenue and College Street.
East Pells Street	Between Railroad Avenue and the alley which extends in a northerly and southerly direction through Block 2 of the Original Town of Prospect City.
East Pells Street, north side	Between Railroad Avenue and the alley which extends in a northerly and southerly direction through Block 4 of the Original Town of Prospect City.
East Pells Street, north side	200 Block, between Railroad Avenue and Vermillion Street.
East Pells Street, south side	200 Block, between Railroad Avenue and Vermillion Street.
Franklin Street, north side	Between Washington Street and College Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday of each week when school is in session.
Franklin Street, south side	Between a point commencing at the intersection of the east line of the east driveway of Clara Peterson School with Franklin Street and proceeding thence east on Franklin Street for a distance of 45 feet, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday of each week when school is in session.
Franklin Street, north or south sides	Between Market Street and Railroad Avenue.
Fulton Street, north side	From Union Street to Washington Street.
High Street, both sides	From Meridian Street to Pells Street.
High Street, both sides	North 100 feet.
Intersection of U.S. Route 45 (Railroad Street) and Illinois Route 9 (Pells Street)	On both sides of U.S. Route 45 extending 100 feet both north and south of Illinois Route 9; and on both sides of Illinois Route 9 extending 200 feet both east and west of U.S. Route 45.
John Street	Between Franklin Street and Ottawa Street (S.B.I. Route 9).
Lane Drive	From Dawn Avenue to Railroad Avenue.
Lane Drive	From Dawn Avenue to Railroad Avenue, westerly one-half only.
Market Street	In the area immediately in front of the Paxton Theater, South Market Street, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day.
Market Street	South of Holmes Street and north of Orleans Street between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any Saturday or on any Monday.
Market Street	South of Holmes Street and north of Orleans Street between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. on any Monday.
Orleans Street	West of Cherry Street.
Park Street, east side	South of Franklin Street and north of Ottawa Street.
Patton Street	Between Market Street and Railroad Avenue.
Pells Street	Between Railroad Avenue and the east corporate limits at Fall Street.
Pells Street, east half of the south side	Between Fall Street and Spring Street.
Pells Street, north side	Between the southeast corner of Larson’s Subdivision and a point 100 feet west of the southeast corner of the subdivision.
Pells Street, south side	Between High Street and a point 125 feet west of the southwest corner of the intersection of High Street and Pells Street.
Pells Street, south side	Between High Street and a point 30 feet east of the southeast corner of the intersection of High Street and Pells Street.
Pine Street	Between Cherry Street and Market Street
Prospect Avenue	From Lane Drive to Vermilion Street.
Prospect Avenue	From Lane Drive to Vermilion Street, southerly one-half only.
Railroad Avenue	On either side, for a distance of 125 feet, south from the south line of the intersection of Railroad Avenue and East State Street; West side, from the north line of the intersection with East Pells Street to a point 125 feet north of the stop and go light located at the northwest corner of the intersection; East side, from the north line of the intersection with East Pells Street to a point 125 feet north of the stop and go light located at the northeast corner of the intersection; West side, from south line of the intersection with East Pells Street to a point 125 feet south of the stop and go light located at the southwest corner of the intersection; East side, from the south line of the intersection with East Pells Street to a point 125 feet south of the stop and go light located at the southeast corner of the intersection; Either side, for a distance of 125 feet north from the north line of the intersection of Railroad Avenue and East Center Street.
Railroad Avenue	Between Franklin Street and Center Street and between State Street and Larch Street.
Railroad Avenue	Between Center Street and State Street except on the east side of Railroad Avenue and parallel to the curb.
South Market Street	Between Ottawa Road and Patton Street.
Taft Street, east side	Commencing at the alley which extends in an easterly and westerly direction in Block 12 in the Original Town of Prospect City, and thence in a northerly direction 55 feet, also being described as that portion of Taft Street which is adjacent to the south 55 feet of Lot 13 in Block 12 in the Original Town of Prospect City.
Taft Street, east side	The south 30 feet of even width of the north half of Lots 18 and 19 in Block 30 in Railroad Addition.
Taft Street, west side	Commencing at the south side of the sidewalk which extends in an easterly and westerly direction on the north side of Block C in the Original Town of Prospect City, and thence in a southerly direction 39 feet along the west side of Taft Street.
U.S. Route 45, both sides	From ±100 feet north of Franklin Street in Paxton southerly ±0.57 mile to the city’s south corporate limits.
Unnamed alley	Extends in a northerly and southerly direction between Market Street and Railroad Avenue, from State Street to Pells Street.
	Extends in a northerly and southerly direction between Market Street and Taft Street, from Pine Street to Orleans Street.
Unnamed alley	Extend in an easterly and westerly direction in Blocks “B,”12, 14 and 30 in the Original Town of Prospect City;
Unnamed alleys	All designated as the Loading Zone.
Unnamed alley	East half of the alley which extends in a northerly and southerly direction between Market Street and Taft Street from Orleans Street to State Street.
Unnamed alley, either side	Extends in a northerly and southerly direction between Market Street and Taft Street, from West Orleans Street to West Holmes Street.
Unnamed alley, north half	Extends in an easterly and westerly direction between West Pells Street and West Center Street from Taft Street, easterly to the intersection of the alley extending northerly and southerly through the block.
Vermilion Street	Between Washington Blvd. and Summer Street.
West Ottawa Road	Between Cherry Street and Market Street.
West Ottawa Street	Between Cherry Street and Market Street.
West Pells Street, south side	Commencing at the intersection of Pells Street with Taft Street and thence in an easterly direction 48 feet.
