(A) There is created a limited parking district, which limited parking district is described as follows: the north five parking spaces on South Market Street which are adjacent to Lots 1 and 2 in Block “A” in the Original Town of Prospect City, now City of Paxton, west of the Illinois Central Railroad, situated in the City of Paxton, commonly known as the U.S. Post Office, 209 South Market Street, Paxton, Illinois.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any motor vehicle in the limited parking district for a period of more than 15 minutes between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday only.
