(A) One-hour parking zone. There is established a one-hour limited time parking zone on Pells Street (Illinois Route 9) east of Railroad Avenue (U.S. Route 45) to the city limits.
(B) Thirty-minute parking zone. There are hereby established 30-minute limited time parking zones as follows:
(1) Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the west side of Market Street, 75 feet north of Orleans Street, consisting of the seven designated parking places in front of the library.
(2) In the alley running in a northerly and southerly direction, being Block Two in the Original Town of Prospect City, now City of Paxton, east of the Illinois Central Railroad - 100 South Railroad Avenue.
