§ 119.106  CROWD CONTROL; SEATING.
   It shall be unlawful to permit any person, except ushers or other theater employees, to remain standing in a hall or room in which a motion picture is presented during the time of the performance; it shall also be unlawful to admit to any such hall more persons than can be accommodated by the seating arrangements for the premises.
