EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1984-21, passed November 23, 1984, provided for an indemnification agreement with the County whereby the Village agrees to hold the County harmless for losses occasioned in connection with work performed by the Village in public rights of way, in consideration of the waiver by the County of its insurance and surety bond requirements. Copies of this ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the Village Clerk.
