(a) The following streets and parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets in the Village: 119th Street; 123rd Street; 131st Street; 135th Street; 80th Avenue; 86th Avenue; 96th Avenue (Route 45); and Southwest Highway (Route 7).
(b) No person shall drive a vehicle into a through street without first bringing such vehicle to a full stop within ten feet of the street line, except where traffic is regulated by traffic lights.
