676.05 THROWING MISSILES; DEPOSIT OF DANGEROUS ARTICLES ON PUBLIC WAYS AND PLACES.

   No person shall cast, throw or propel a missile from, on or across a street, parking area or thoroughfare, or throw or deposit glass, nails, tacks or other similar articles on a street, sidewalk, parking area or play area, in the Village.
