(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, in person or by his/her/its agent, employee or servant, to cast, throw, deposit, sweep, push or shovel snow or ice onto any public street, alley or sidewalk within the Village.
(b) Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of subsection (a) above shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
