A. Ordinances In Effect: A proposed division or subdivision of land, as defined in chapter 2 of this title, shall be considered under the subdivision code; and zoning or other land use control ordinances in effect at the time a fully completed application for preliminary plat approval or short plat approval of the subdivision has been submitted.
B. Restrictive Conditions Imposed: The limitations imposed by this section shall not restrict conditions imposed under the state environmental policy act ("SEPA"), Revised Code of Washington chapter 43.21C, and the city's SEPA regulations, title 15, chapter 14 of this code. (Ord. 792, 7-29-2004)
