12-1-5: EXEMPTIONS:

This chapter shall not apply to divisions and activities described in chapter 4 of this title or in Revised Code of Washington 58.17.040; provided, that in order to determine whether a boundary line adjustment meets the requirements for an exempt action, approval must be received as set forth in section 12-3-3 of this title.
