   EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 4-83, passed March 21, 1983, establishes sewer use and industrial cost recovery charges pursuant to the rules and regulations established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Copies may be obtained at the Municipal Building. Ordinance 10-87, passed April 20, 1987 and Ordinance 12-92, passed May 18, 1992, amended Ordinance 4-83.

935.01 SEWER DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.
   There are hereby created the following sewer districts in accordance with the geological map of the United States:
   (a)   District 1. Bounded on the north and west sides by the corporate boundaries of the Municipality, on the south side by Lisle Avenue and on the east side by Walnut Creek.
   (b)   District 2. The remainder of the Municipality, with the sewer disposal plant located in the vicinity of Reese Station on Walnut Creek.
