935.03 PURPOSE OF REGULATIONS.
   The sanitary sewer system of the Municipality consists of trunk and collection sewers laid in streets, alleys, rights of way and easements, the location of which are shown on plans and drawings filed in the office of the Administrator in the Municipal Building, which are used in whole or in part in connection with the collection and transporting of all wastewater to the Big Walnut Creek Interceptor of the City of Columbus, Ohio. Its purpose is to provide for the collection of domestic wastewater and such industrial wastewaters as are permitted by Sections 935.03 to 935.13 and 935.99 and the Sewer Use Ordinance of the City of Columbus, in order to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of this Municipality. The purpose of Sections 935.03 to 935.13 and 935.99 is to protect the wastewater collection facilities of the Municipality and the interceptor and treatment facilities of the City of Columbus by controlling the quantity, quality and manner of discharge of wastewater into the sanitary sewer system, and to satisfy requirements of the State and federal Environmental Protection Agencies.
