(a) Residential, commercial and industrial users who have their own wells or other sources of water supply shall be required to install and maintain a metering system satisfactory to the Municipality. Charges for the metered water for sewer system purposes shall be based on the rates applicable to other users who have Municipal water.
(b) No sewage service charges will be made for water which is not discharged into the sanitary sewer system. (Ord. 8-80. Passed 4-7-80.)
