931.01 FREE WATER AND SEWER SERVICE FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS.

   The Water Department and the Sewer Department of the Municipality are hereby authorized to provide free water and sewer services for the properties commonly known as the Municipal and Street Department Buildings, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 743.27.

931.02 UTILITY MAP FEES.

   There shall be a charge of six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50) per sheet for all utility maps on file in the Municipality. Such fee shall be collected by the Finance Director at the time of distribution of the maps to any interested person. (Ord. 37-72. Passed 12-21-72.)

931.03 LATE PAYMENT PENALTY.

   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former Section 931.03 was repealed pursuant to Ordinance 1-85, passed January 7, 1985.)
