935.02 DISCHARGE OF SURFACE WATER INTO SEWAGE SYSTEM PROHIBITED.

(b) All other requirements pertaining to the discharge of surface waters and any other type of discharge into the sanitary sewer system of the Municipality shall be governed by the provisions of the current agreement between the Municipality and the City of Columbus.
