250.04 QUALIFICATIONS OF JOB TRAINEE OR CASUAL LABOR.
   Personnel in the job trainee or casual labor classification may be:
   (a)   High school students over the age of sixteen years and employed for the summer vacation months;
   (b)   College students employed during the summer vacation months;
   (c)   Individuals employed under this classification in order to acquire further experience so as to qualify for higher classification within the Division of Streets, Motor Vehicles and Equipment Maintenance; and
   (d)   Students employed in conjunction with the North Royalton Board of Education Vocational Education Program.

250.05 CLERICAL PERSONNEL.
   Clerical personnel services will be provided as is necessary from the clerical pool in order to maintain current and accurate reports of the operation of the Division of Streets, Motor Vehicles and Equipment Maintenance. Clerical personnel will be furnished to the Division upon request made by the Director of Public Service and Properties or his or her designate.

250.06 HIRING OF PERSONNEL.
   All motor equipment operators, equipment operators and labor personnel shall be hired by the Mayor, in accordance with the limitations set forth in existing complement and compensation ordinances, and upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Service and Properties or his or her designate.
