   Ordinance 97-14, passed April 15, 1997, established drug and alcohol policies and testing procedures for the City. Ordinance 97-108, passed June 3, 1997, repealed Ordinance 97-14 and established revised drug and testing procedures for the City. Copies of such ordinances and the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Director of Legislative Services.
