(a) Motor Equipment Operators (I). Motor Equipment Operators (I) shall be qualified to:
(1) Drive refuse trucks and supervise labor in the collection and disposal of refuse, as directed by the Director of Public Service and Properties or his or her designate;
(2) Operate various motor vehicles for the transportation of supplies, materials and/or equipment, or in performing any other necessary function of the Division requiring the use of a truck, as directed by the Director or his or her designate;
(3) Periodically perform services or minor repairs on motor and/or automotive equipment, when directed by the Director or his or her designate;
(4) Operate front-end loaders, back-hoes and comparable equipment periodically, when so directed by the Director or his or her designate;
(5) Perform any duties or tasks of a laborer or semiskilled laborer when conditions warrant that they be done, and when directed by the Director or his or her designate.
(b) Motor Equipment Operators (II). Motor Equipment Operators (II) shall be qualified to:
(1) Operate a back-hoe, front-end loader, tractor, asphalt spreader and comparable equipment;
(2) Operate paint-stripping machines and comparable equipment;
(3) Service and perform minor repairs to Division equipment; and
(4) Perform the services and duties of the area of responsibility of Motor Equipment Operator (I), if directed by the Director or his or her designate.
(c) Motor Equipment Operators (III). Motor Equipment Operators (III) shall be qualified to:
(1) Operate a road grader, bulldozer and comparable equipment;
(2) Service and perform minor repairs to Division equipment;
(3) Operate all types of nonmotor equipment which are used in the operational program of the Division, and as directed by the Director or his or her designate; and
(4) Perform all duties required to be done by Equipment Operators (I) and (II), when directed by the Director or his or her designate.
(d) Equipment Operators. Equipment Operators shall perform such labor duties as are directed to be done by the Director or his or her designate.

(e) Labor (I). Personnel in the Labor (I) classification shall be considered as semiskilled labor and shall perform those duties directed to them to be done by the Director or his or her designate.
(f) Labor (II). Personnel in the Labor (II) classification shall be considered as skilled labor and shall be qualified to:
(1) Perform the various duties, including truck driving, required of them to be done by the Director or his or her designate.
(2) Direct the work of Labor (I) personnel when necessary and as directed by the Director or his or her designate.
(g) Labor (III). Personnel in the Labor (III) classification shall be considered as skilled labor and shall be qualified to:
(1) Supervise and direct work crews when necessary and as directed by the Director or his or her designate.
(2) Perform the various skilled duties required of them to be done by the Director or his or her designate.
