The Division of Streets, Motor Vehicles and Equipment Maintenance shall have sufficient personnel to adequately perform the duties and functions of the Division, which personnel will be employed in accordance with the requirements incidental to efficient operation, and in accordance with existing complement and compensation ordinances.
The Division shall be comprised of the following positions, in addition to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent:
(a) Motor Equipment Operators (I);
(b) Motor Equipment Operators (II);
(c) Motor Equipment Operators (III);
(d) Equipment Operators;
(e) Labor (I);
(f) Labor (II);
(g) Job trainee or casual labor;
(h) Clerical personnel.
