EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance O-89-030, passed September 5, 1989, approved the fees proposed to be charged by the Solid Waste Management Policy Committee of the Ashtabula, Geauga and Trumball Joint Solid Waste Management District on the disposal of solid wastes at solid waste disposal facilities located in the District.
Ordinance O-93-033, passed September 13, 1993, approved the Solid Waste Management Plan of the Ashtabula County Solid Waste Management District. Resolution R-97-030, passed September 2, 1997, approved a new Solid Waste Management Plan submitted by the Solid Waste Management Board of Directors. Ordinance O-02-030, passed June 3,2002, approved the final version the Solid Waste Management Plan. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk-Treasurer.
