With respect to sanitation for subdivisions, all requirements of the County Health Department, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Sanitary Regulations are hereby made a part of these Subdivisions Regulations by reference, as officially adopted and enforced by the respective agencies having jurisdiction.
The County Sanitary Regulations, which were adopted by the County Commissioners by resolution on June 1, 1970, and which are enforced by the County Health Department, are hereby included as an integral part of these Subdivision Regulations and are published under separate cover.
