951.03 LICENSE APPLICATIONS; INSURANCE; BOND; TERM OF LICENSES.
   Applicants for a license to haul refuse, garbage, rubbish or solid waste shall complete and file with the Clerk-Treasurer or the Mayor an application on a form prescribed by the Clerk- Treasurer or the Mayor and shall give such information as may be required. All applicants shall furnish evidence of existing public liability insurance in a sum of not less than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000). All applicants shall give bond in the sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) from a reputable surety as a guarantee of compliance with this chapter. Applications for licenses shall be filed by October 1 of each year, and all licenses issued shall be for a period of one year only.
