1062.01 AUTHORITY OF SAFETY DIRECTOR; LICENSE AGREEMENTS.
   The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to provide, to those making application for the same, an alarm utility monitoring service and to enter into license agreements relating thereto in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

1062.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Director of Public Safety shall establish rules and regulations which may be necessary to regulate the type and manner of installation and/or connection of intrusion and fire alarm systems with City owned communication systems, the location thereof and the method of monitoring the same.
