407.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Bureau" means the Parking Violations Bureau of the City, unless specifically identified as another bureau, in which case it means the bureau so identified.
   (b)   "Court" or "Municipal Court" means the County Municipal Court, unless specifically identified as another court, in which case it means the court so identified.

   (c)   “Fire apparatus access road” same as “fire lane” as defined in parking infractions.
   (d)   “Fire Chief” or “Fire Chief’s designees” for the purpose of parking infractions has the authority given by the Safety Director to enforce Section 452.03(e), 452.03(i), 452.03(k), and 452.03(r).
   (e)   “Fire lane” for the purpose of parking infractions has the same meaning as in Ohio Administrative Code 1301, Fire Service Features Section 502.1 Definitions.
   (f)   “Law enforcement officer” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 2901.1.

   (g)   “Local authority” means every county, municipal corporation, township or other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State.

   (h)   “Parking Enforcement Attendant” means a person given authority by the Safety Director to enforce the provisions of Section 452.01, 452.03, 452.04(b), (f)(1)(a-b), 454.07, 454.09, and 454.10.
   (i)   “Parking infraction” means a violation of any of the provisions of Section 407.10, 436.09, 438.01, 452.01, 452.03, 452.035, 452.04, 452.05, 452.055, 452.06, 452.07, 452.08, 452.09, 454.02, 454.06, 454.07, 454.09 or 454.10 of these Codified Ordinances.
   (j)   “Vehicle” has the same meaning as in Section 402.52.
