(a) When a parking space is parallel to the curb or sidewalk, no vehicle parked in such parking space shall be parked otherwise than with the front end of such vehicle facing the direction of traffic.
(b) When a parking space is parallel to the adjacent curb or sidewalk, no vehicle parked in such parking space shall be parked otherwise than with the front end of such vehicle nearest to the foremost line or marking of such space in the direction of travel to the street. When a parking space is diagonal to the curb or sidewalk, no vehicle parked in such parking space shall be parked otherwise than with the front end of such vehicle nearest to such curb or sidewalk, with said vehicle still remaining on the paved portion of such parking space.
(c) No person shall park any vehicle, or cause or permit any vehicle registered in the name of or operated by such person to be parked, across any lines or markings of a thirty minute, three hour or eleven hour parking space or park or cause or permit to be parked any vehicle in such a position that the subject vehicle is not entirely within the area so designated by such lines or markings.
