454.10 LOADING OR UNLOADING MERCHANDISE.

Commercial trucks may park in the parking zones to load or unload merchandise for a period not exceeding thirty minutes. No such commercial truck or delivery vehicle shall be parked in such zones longer than thirty minutes.
