12.04.020: DISPLAY OF MERCHANDISE ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS FOR PURPOSE OF SALE PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person to use any part of the streets or sidewalks within the City for the purpose of displaying any goods, wares or merchandise for sale, or to park any motor vehicle thereon for the purpose of exhibiting or displaying the same for sale. (Ord. 17-30)
