It is unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on any business, profession, trade, vocation, or avocation on any street or sidewalk or in or from any automobile, vehicle, stand or structure located in or upon the streets or sidewalks of the City; except as otherwise permitted under this Code or other ordinances of the City. (Ord. 17-30)
It is unlawful for any person to use any part of the streets or sidewalks within the City for the purpose of displaying any goods, wares or merchandise for sale, or to park any motor vehicle thereon for the purpose of exhibiting or displaying the same for sale. (Ord. 17-30)
A. It is unlawful for the owner, occupant, lessee or agent of any property abutting on any paved sidewalk to fail to remove or cause to be removed from such paved sidewalk all hail, snow or sleet falling thereon within twenty four (24) hours after such hail, snow or sleet has ceased falling.
B. Any violation of this section is an infraction. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each day an offense occurs or continues. (Ord. 17-30)
