(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conceal electrical wiring until after said wiring has been inspected by the electrical inspector. It shall be unlawful for Murray Electric System to connect with or furnish electrical current to any installation until such installation has been inspected by said electrical inspector or in an emergency situation with approval of the City of Murray or Murray Electric System and a certificate of approval issued.
(B) In the case of areas served by West Kentucky Rural Electric, the inspections shall be done under their rules and by their inspectors.
