931.01 SPEED LIMIT IN PARKS.
   No person shall operate any vehicle faster than ten miles per hour in Riverside Park, Phillips Park, Memorial Park, Arch Avenue Park, Ariel-Foundation Park, or any other municipally owned park.

931.02 PROHIBITED USES IN PARKS.
   (a)   No tent shows or carnivals shall be permitted to use or exhibit in any municipally owned park within the City.
   (b)   No camping trailers shall be permitted to park and no tents shall be erected for living quarters in any municipally owned park within the City.
   (c)   Any trailers remaining overnight require the permission of the Safety-Service Director.

931.03 MODEL AIRPLANES.
   (a)   The Mayor is authorized to designate any area of land that is owned, or leased, by the City, to be used exclusively for the flying of internal combustion, or electrically powered, model airplanes. The Mount Vernon Knox County Radio Control Club shall establish rules and regulations for the safe operation of model airplanes. A copy of the rules and regulations shall be posted at the designated flying area. Hours for operation of model airplanes shall be Monday through Sunday from noon to dark.
   (b)   The flying of internal combustion, or electrically powered, model airplanes within the limit of the City is prohibited, except in such designated areas.
