931.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Sections 931.01 ; 931.02 ; 931.03 ; 931.04 or 931.07 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 931.05,  931.06 or 931.061 shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
