(a) The vacant ground at the corner of Madison Street and Marion Street is to be developed into a neighborhood park, named Shellmar Park.
(b) Council authorize the placement of a memorial for Shellmar Products Corporation, which was once developed on this site, for the historic preservation and the important part of this neighborhood it once was.
