(a) No person is permitted in Dan Emmett Park, Riverside Park, Phillips Park, Memorial Park, Arch Avenue Park or Hiawatha Park, used for public recreation and owned or operated by the City, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day. No person is permitted in Ariel-Foundation Park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the person is actively fishing.
(b) During the winter months between November 15th and the first Monday of April of each year no person shall occupy the Parks specified in subsection (a) hereof between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(c) As part of regulating a controlled hunt for Canada Geese in Ariel-Foundation Park, the Safety-Service Director may set the opening and closing hours and restrict access to some or all of Ariel-Foundation Park. (Ord. 2016-23. Passed 12-27-16.)
