It shall be unlawful to construct, maintain or permit to remain any fence or other structure, on a corner lot within thirty feet (30') of the street line which obstructs the view at a height of more than three feet (3') above the level of the adjacent street pavement.
Any person violating any provision of this section shall be subject to the penalty under the provisions of section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such obstruction to view is permitted to remain after notice from the police department or any official of the city to remove the same.
