6-4-1: RUNNING AT LARGE/INTIMIDATION:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to permit any dog to run at large within the city. Any dog found upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, parkway, or any unenclosed place without being held securely on a leash, or in an enclosed vehicle, shall be deemed to be running at large.
   B.   It shall be unlawful to permit any dog to run at large on the private property of anyone but the owner or lessee thereof without the permission of an owner or lessee of said property.
   C.   It shall be unlawful to allow any dog to chase, attack, bite, interfere with or physically intimidate any person or other animal while on or off of the premises of the owner.
   D.   Any such dog in violation of this section may be impounded and dealt with as provided in section 6-4-6 of this chapter and, in such case, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of section 6-4-8 of this chapter. (Ord., 6-26-2012)
