6-4-6: IMPOUNDMENT AND DISPOSITION:

Animals found running at large shall be taken into custody and shall be impounded at a pound location as determined and specified by county ordinance. Disposal of animals impounded will be in accordance with county ordinance. (1967 Code § 26.206; amd. 2010 Code)
