§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 73.10 through 73.17, shall be subject to a civil penalty of $5; $25 for any second violation committed within 30 days of any prior violation of §§ 73.10 through 73.17; and $50 for any third or subsequent violation committed within one year of any prior violation of §§ 73.01, and 73.10 through 73.17.    (C)   Any person who is found to have violated any provisions of §§ 73.30 through 73.34 shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $100.
   (D)   (1)   Violation of any provision of §§ 73.45 et seq. may result in fines and penalties as follows:
         (a)   First offense: $50 fine.
         (b)   Second offense committed within 12 months of first offense: $100 fine, and will result in automatic revocation of the registration for the golf cart and permission to be operated on city streets for one year thereafter, without refund of registration fees.
      (2)   Each occasion of each day of violation of these sections shall be construed as a separate violation. All fines collected pursuant to these sections shall be deposited in the general fund of the city.
      (3)   Any unsafe operation or failure to maintain financial responsibility or failure to pay any fine, all as provided by these sections, may result in the revocation of a golf cart registration and permission to operate a golf cart within the city, without refund of registration fees.
