No golf cart shall be operated on or at the following:
(A) Any state highway or portion thereof, except to cross a state highway by traveling on a city street perpendicular to the state highway at a location where the city street intersects with the state highway.
(B) Any sidewalk, trail, pedestrian bridge, or path, not specifically designated for use by a motor vehicle.
(C) Upon the following city streets at the following locations:
(1) Main Street;
(2) Illinois Street north from Harrison;
(3) Gordon Road; and
(4) Sixth Street.
